Hope for Haiti Concert Set List

Hope for Haiti Concert Set List
January 2010
The stars came out on a solemn night to offer Haiti a little bit of hope and hopefully a lot of money via the telethon - Hope for Haiti.
A list Hollywood Actor George Clooney helped organize the event, and his hope is that the songs carry the event beyond the evening and into the following weeks, months and years. "We're gonna have some amazing performances, and I think that's gonna make it last a little longer than just a telethon," he said earlier this week. Sometimes these things come across cheesy but for this show there was no doubt in the sincerity of those involved. You only had to listen to the emotion in Stevie Wonder or Beyonce's songs to feel their commitment.
Here's the set list of the songs sang by the various players from around the world.
Set List:
Alicia Keys: "Prelude to a Kiss"
Coldplay: "A Message"
Bruce Springsteen: "We Shall Overcome"
Stevie Wonder: "A Time to Love"/ "Bridge Over Troubled Water" - Simon and Garfunkel

I am very impressed how all these artists come together for a good cause. Putting your musical power altogether and your live performances genius are indeed impressive.
