Velvet Revolver looking for new singer on internet, Scott Weiland gets broadband

Velvet Revolver is considering creating a website to find a replacement for singer. Well whoppee! Almost everyone who cares would know that Scott Weiland, left Velvet Revolver earlier this month.

"The band is actually talking about building a website (and) doing some auditions via that, so that's been something that's developing at this point," guitarist Slash has been quoted as saying and has apparently suggested it would be happening "in the next month or so."

Slash said he did not have any one in mind - and that would defintely include Axl as in Slash's Biography he makes it absolutely clear that is never going to happen.

"We're at that point of just listening to different things ... it's one of those kind of situations where you can't really explain it to anybody because you'll know it when you hear it. So I'm waiting to get that feeling of, 'Yeah that's it."'

Maybe they should produce another Rockstar show like they did for INXS and that shithouse Rockstar Supernova band. I bet the producers have already started asking those questions themselves.

In other news new reunited with the Stone Temple Pilots as megaphone trumpeting front man, Scott Weiland bought a laptop and got broadband installed at the rehab centre today... ;)

lmao! Nice post. Raw Vegas has a video interview (well sorta) of Slash regarding the news.

(Tried to make it clickable, didn't work out. My bad.)
